The group is going strong...we have new participants all the time. People that feel they have hit a wall with other programs are very interested and enthusiastic about trying the 12 Step Medicine Wheel approach. The groups are small and different people come on different days. Participants are in various areas in the workbook which benefits the group and keeps us on our toes!!
We all are very thankful for the Wellbriety Movement and the approach that is offered through the curriculum.
The more people we talk to the more interested the community becomes. We believe that the next steps in the process are near for us to become a community in healing.

We have come full circle in the program!! I am excited to start again. We have some new interested parties and are looking forward to another go. During our pass through the steps there were a couple areas that we added additional curriculum such as some relapse prevention, triggers, relapse cycle and action (goal) plans...goals near step 10. We also discussed the benefit of implementing mind maps of what the Creator would be replacing our character defects with. Such as, open, honest, loving, prayerful, faithful...In other words what do those words mean to us. (We mind mapped loving, etc.) Those of us early in recovery hardly know what we are feeling much less what loving and faithful actual mean to us. Food for thought!!
Many Blessings
