Payment is due in full 14 days before the start of the training or your registration may be cancelled. Participants must cancel their registration at least 3 weeks prior to the first day of training in order to receive a refund, however White Bison will retain a $50 processing fee. Participants that cancel less than 3 weeks prior to the first day of training are not eligible for a refund. White Bison reserves the right to cancel or postpone training if there are not 15 paid participants within 3 weeks of the training. If White Bison cancels, participants will be eligible for a full refund. Effective immediately, invoices paid with checks outside of the United States will be charged a $30 USD Foreign Item due to a change in policy from the bank. All checks must be issued in US Dollars. Any checks not issued in US Funds are subject to additional conversion rate fees plus $30 USD Foreign Item fee. If invoices are paid with a credit card, there will be no charge for the Foreign Item Collection Fee. All payments MUST be received prior to the training to receive the training material
